We want you to feel confident in your Moda Minx pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the hygiene seal has not been removed from swimwear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
